Hi! I'm Noah! I am a licensed Notary Public in the state of Maryland, available by appointment only for all your notarization needs. I am located in Olney, MD, in Montgomery County.

Important information:

1. Each notarial act costs $8 – I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card (with a 2.5% fee). An additional copy of the same document costs $4. If you need a document printed, I charge $1 per page.  

2. The person(s) signing the document(s) must sign the document(s) in the presence of the Notary Public.

​3. The person(s) signing must bring a form of valid, unexpired identification such as a driver’s license, passport or state or government ID issued in the United States. The only type of acceptable foreign ID is a passport, with a clear photograph and signature.

4. The person(s) signing the document(s) must be of sound mind and willing to sign under no duress.

​5. The person(s) signing must completely understand the contents and purpose of the document, and should complete all required fields (excluding signature) before the notarial service. A notary public is NOT a lawyer and therefore may not offer legal advice in any capacity.

6. The notarization must occur in Maryland, as I am only licensed in this state. However, the document(s) themself as well as the person(s) signing may be from another state.
